RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@coretoolbox.com. Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for a flat return shipping fee of $15 USD.

For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

No restocking fee will be charged.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized or personalized products, and certain personal care or beauty products.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
